Facebook valorisé à 15 Milliards de dollars

Microsoft indique avoir pris une participation minoritaire de 240 millions de dollars confirmant  certaines rumeurs mais aussi  2 hedge funds auraient pris des participations pour un montant de 500 millions de dollars

Plusieurs raisons sont avancées et Il reste beaucoup d'interrogations sur cette opération mais comment rester à l'écart du réseau communautaire qui pourrait rasssembler plus de 200 millions de membres fin 2008 ?
Comment rester à l'écart d'une société qui a l'ambition de devenir le réseau des réseaux sociaux?
Et puis Facebook developpe une stratégie de plate forme judicieuse

Mais avec un chiffre d'affaires de 150 millions de dollars, pensez-vous que Facebook est survalorisé et alimente une nouvelle bulle internet ?
